The name “Viridis,” meaning green, fresh and strong, reflects a philosophy centred on renewal and resilience. Projects are selected for their inherent architectural character and the potential to evolve through thoughtful intervention.

Viridis Real Estate maintains a strong focus on the development, construction and long-term management of purpose-built student accommodation, Co-living spaces and Serviced apartments. Through the Lumya Living brand, the company operates high-quality residences designed to offer students and young professionals a strong sense of community alongside thoughtfully integrated services and amenities at a fair and accessible price point.

Each Lumya development is guided by sustainable design principles and structured around long-term operational strategies, ensuring that every project aligns with Viridis’ broader corporate vision. With established accommodation schemes in the UK and a growing portfolio across Europe, including projects in Germany and Austria, Viridis has developed deep expertise in delivering and managing community living environments.

This strategy continues to evolve as the Lumya portfolio expands into new European markets, with upcoming developments planned in key cities such as Portugal and Ireland, reflecting the company’s commitment to building a carefully curated, long-term European living platform.

Current target markets include the UK and Ireland, Germany and Austria, as well as selected opportunities in Portugal and Spain.
