An ACA-qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience in property investment and development structures, he has previously held senior finance roles within a FTSE 100 real estate group and a UK commercial property fund. Chris provides strategic leadership across financial planning, capital management, and reporting, ensuring projects remain commercially robust from acquisition through to delivery. He also oversees tax planning across multiple jurisdictions and the structuring of efficient corporate and investment frameworks, embedding strong financial discipline and forward-looking risk management that supports clarity, resilience, and long-term value creation.
