Fisnik Mehmedi
Fisnik Mehmedi leads real estate development activities at Viridis, with a strong focus on expanding the Lumis Living brand across Continental Europe. He oversees PBSA, coliving, and serviced apartment projects across Austria, Germany, Spain, and Portugal, guiding developments through the full lifecycle from acquisition and underwriting to design management and construction delivery. With more than 20 years of experience spanning real estate development and architecture, Fisnik combines technical expertise with strong commercial and legal judgement, ensuring projects align with investment objectives while maintaining a clear focus on risk management and long-term value creation. Since joining Viridis in 2016, he has played a central role in expanding the platform into new European markets and growing the portfolio. He holds an MSc in Architecture, is a chartered architect and real estate developer, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Warwick Business School.
