Nick Tucker

Nick Tucker is the Chairman of Viridis Real Estate Services and has served as a Director since the company’s inception in 2008. A Chartered Surveyor with more than 40 years of experience, he brings extensive expertise in property development and investment across the UK and multiple European markets. Nick provides strategic guidance to the shareholders on long-term value creation, supporting both the optimisation of the existing portfolio and the identification of future acquisition opportunities. His experience and perspective continue to shape the Group’s investment approach and long-term growth strategy.
